Giving a Gift of Travel

Make the most of giving a vacation as a gift this holiday season

How many Ipad and scarves do your loved ones need? This upcoming holiday, consider booking a trip to the Lodge on Harrison Lake. It could be a romantic getaway for two or a family trip immersed in all that British Columbia has to offer. As we become more and more busy, people are becoming digitally drained; especially the twenty-something millennial generations are starting to value experiences over material possessions. Travelling is a wonderful experience, because let’s be honest travelling is not always cost-effective especially when you are saving up. But regardless of your age – anyone, any age would love to travel somewhere for a week or two or even just the weekend!
If you find yourself not spending enough quality time with your family – this is also the perfect solution. Now, if you are worried about dates and reservations, you can always make your gift open-ended. Write a letter explaining what you will pay for and attach a travel guidebook or travel brochure, it’s that simple!

Just remember, we can always give tangible things, but those things will eventually break or become obsolete, memories from a vacation is an irreplaceable experience. To learn more, please visit our Main Residence page for availability and booking information.
